Draft, pending legal review

Privacy

SoundLouder is in private beta. This draft states our working principles plainly; a lawyer-reviewed policy ships before we open submissions to the public.

Your music stays private until you approve it. You send a link to your files rather than uploading them here, so your audio stays where you put it and we only open it to listen. Nothing about your track is published until you have seen the page and said yes to it.

No training on your music. We do not use your music to train AI models, and we will never grant anyone else that right without your explicit, separate, opt-in consent.

What the submission form collects. Your email, the artist name and title you give us, the link to your files, what you tell us about how the track was made, and the tools you choose to declare. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, purely to stop the form being abused. We do not store the address itself.

Who else touches it. Our database and hosting run on Supabase and Vercel, and confirmation email is sent through Resend. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and there are no analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

Deleting it. Write to us and your submission and everything in it is removed. You do not have to give a reason, and it does not matter how far along the process you are.
