Draft, pending legal review

Terms

SoundLouder is in private beta. These working terms set expectations honestly; a lawyer-reviewed version ships before public launch.

You own your music. Filing a Master grants SoundLouder only the rights needed to store your evidence and display what you choose to publish.

Attestations must be true. You confirm you wrote or control the song, the demo, and the finished master, and that no third-party voice or work was used without permission. False attestations get records removed.

What the seal means. A sealed Master proves the record has not changed since signing. It is artist-attested evidence, not legal certification of copyright or ownership.

Disputes. Anyone can report a record. Disputed Masters are hidden or flagged while we review, and removed when a claim holds.
